1. Purpose and Scope
These conditions regulate the booking of accommodation through the website of [Pensión Albergue Matias Locanda, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties.
2. Booking and Payment Process
• The user must provide the required information and be of legal age or have legal authorisation if they are a minor.
• The booking is considered confirmed after payment of the total amount of the booking.
• The system will send a confirmation email with the booking details.
3. Prices and Services Included
• Prices include VAT and are shown per person per night, unless otherwise indicated.
• Prices may vary depending on the season, type of room, age of guests or membership of associations.
• The services included will be detailed in the booking.
4. Modification and Transfer of Reservations
• The customer may transfer their reservation to a third party by giving written notice at least 7 days in advance, with both parties assuming any outstanding obligations.
• Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
5. Cancellation Policy and Right of Withdrawal
• Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival: no penalty.
• The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with current regulations and the conditions set out on the website.
6. Check-in/Check-out
• Check-in is from 12:30 p.m. and check-out is before 9:00 a.m.
• If the customer does not show up (no-show), the corresponding cancellation conditions will apply.
7. Internal Rules and Responsibilities
• The customer must respect the rules of the establishment and is responsible for any damage caused.
• The hostel/guesthouse is not responsible for personal items not left at reception.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

• Access to the European online dispute resolution platform is provided.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
• These conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
